Town of Victoria Park supports “Dynamic Badminton in a Dynamic Town of Vic Park”

Dynamic Badminton in a Dynamic Town of Vic Park has adopted the Town’s vision to engage the community in badminton

Dynamic Flame Badminton Club (DFBC) will:

- deliver badminton services that is inclusive and continue to thrive in a sustainable environment

- provide “Keep FIT FUN Badminton” activities for everyone at affordable costs for grassroots and establish pathways to adults

- empower and support all participants in the community to make decisions at the club

- provide youth the opportunity to be leaders - challenging them to be innovative, creative, and committed to their ideas

- create pathways and opportunities for people to volunteer, contribute back to society

- upskill volunteers continuously to provide continuous FUN activities to ensure longevity resulting in friendship and promoting good health

- ensure friendship and good health is made possible and contribute to building a healthy community through the generous support of the ToVP and local politicians

Equipment Grant - Supported by the City of Canning through the Community Grants Program

City of Canning has supported Dynamic Flame Badminton Club (DFBC) to:

1. promote JUNIOR and ADULT badminton in local communities by funding the projects conducted by DFBC

2. deliver quality badminton services at Cannington Leisureplex

DFBC extends special thanks to the City of Canning (CoC) and the team (Cathryn Coyle and Michelle Glaser) for the confidence placed with DFBC

City of Canning has for the past 6 years supported the delivery of badminton to the community by supporting our volunteers

The equipment grant will allow DFBC to provide badminton services to additional players in the CoC

The Inclusive Junior Badminton Program will be launched on Sunday, 9th August at 9.00 am. 

Thanks to City of Melville, LeisureFit Management and Lisa O’Malley (MLA) Member for Bicton for assisting Junior Badminton in Melville .
